We undertook a thorough analysis of the returns from our community survey; delivered to every household in the area at the end of 2004.
Over 37% of all households returned their survey documents – a level of response which took us by surprise as 20-25% would normally be considered a good return for such an exercise. The tremendous response underlined the high level of interest in the future development of our villages and also gives a clear indication of the issues and concerns which the villagers have.
All the issues and results of this work have been published in the Village Plan document which you can download below. It is available to read in local libraries.
